Songerein Thread Tracker
The few tapir-like locals say a fragment of myself now resides here. I don't know what happened to the rest of me, though I highly suspect he's back in prison... Which reminds me, I need to get out of these prison clothes as soon as possible. I forgot how uncomfortable this chain around my neck was.
Anyway, the tapirs also say we're made of Dream-motion energy now? I'll have to look into that. They've also provided me with a lantern that apperently records dreams and a journal that functions much like the one the Story Teller gave me. I think I still have it somewhere...
❖ 8/18: TDM » Good news! I found Alice here too, and she managed to cut off the shackle with her vorpal blade. I don't understand how she managed to aquire such a powerful kitchen knife, but thankfully she's quite skilled with it. I think she said it helped her save Wonderland and herself from some unmentionable person who once tried to alter her memory...
I can't help but feel concern, but she seems to have already taken care of him.
❖ 8/18: TDM » Apperently we are all capable of entering dreams and shaping them as we seem fit. Easier said than done, especially when dreams tend to not make sense at all. I was a pumpkin for some time. A pumpkin! How was I able to see or speak?!
❖ 8/18: TDM » I met a strange fellow in that dream. A blindfolded man with an owl at his side. I was helping him out of what I could only assume to be a wad of sticky gum when he thanked me by name. He says he knew me from some mansion with a Greek sounding name, where I was a "survivor" known as "the prisoner," invited to participate in some perpetual hunt as prey. I professed I remembered nothing of that nature and explained I was living in the Index.
At least the blindfolded man wants to continue being on good terms with me. He even requested that I go by first name basis with him. It feels strange, having a complete stranger know me so well, but so far he's been nothing but kind.
Why is the boar's head talking?
I feel like I've had this magical rat tag stuck on me before. It's a good thing that child wanted to trade.
Note to self, ask about the prizes before spinning any unmarked wheels.
❖ 9/05: Log » There is a demon from Hell here. Hell is an actual place. I feel uncomfortable.
❖ 9/05: Log » Met the blindfolded fellow again. It seems he strongly believes in fate... Though I don't quite agree with him. If he was right, then that implies tragedy was enevitable for me. That can't be true, can it?
❖ 9/06: Log » I have no idea what this gambler was thinking, but at least he kept me from sinking further into the ground. I think.
❖ 9/11: Notebook » I recived a letter from the Story Teller concerning the status of the Realm of Stories. It seems our collective efforts have fixed things up to a point where the realm can make a full recovery on its own. Our souls managed to make it out unharmed, which is good for most everyone, though I have a feeling I will be horribly confused if the rest of me is back in my original body...
More concerningly, it seems the Story Eater escaped with us. I must warn the others.
❖ 9/12: Notebook » Met a fellow with similar memory issues, but he claims the source of his ailment was magical in nature. Doesn't trust the fae much.
❖ 9/13: Notebook » I feel I've met a kindred spirit. They claim to have studied ancient technology from her world that was much more advanced than what her current world has access to. I can't help but be curious.
❖ 9/25: Notebook » Dojima sent out a warning regarding the Story Eater. His explaination seems a lot better than mine.
Beware the food. I ate something I shouldn't have and got turned into a toad. Thankfully Miss Rose found me quickly enough.
❖ 10/12: Log » I think the great pumpkin that lady and I summoned might have followed us out of the dream. Not entirely sure.
❖ 10/09: Log » DO NOT LOSE INSTRUCTIONS TO THE TALISMANS FOUND IN JOURNAL.
The fire talismans look oddly familiar. I think I saw them on those goblin seals I broke in the dream? Maybe someone might post something in their journal about it.
The Hat Maker means no harm, even though he is frighteningly tall and sometimes makes frightening machines. He's graciously allowed me use of his workroom since I'm polite and "interesting." Although I can't help feeling a bit skeptical, I don't think I'd get any better oppertunity in this world. I'll have to pay him another visit soon.
❖ 11/09: Notebook » Miss Futaba has offered to show me how her laptop functions! She's also looking for a more efficient way to power electrical devices, and those crystals Kazuma mentioned to her might be the awnser. I'll have to see if they would have any use for my inventions.
❖ 11/09: Log » Alice's accquaintence seems to have trapped himself in a house full of dogs. She's called for help. If anything happens to me, I can only hope the damage isn't too serious.
The organizer has offered to deliver the gift for me so I don't accidentally send it to the wrong person. I've also suggested a sort of map system to keep track of which treehouses are occupied.
❖ 12/08: Log » Recieved sheet music from a mysterious benefactor. A young man named Ventus offered to show me the way to the local music shop. Perhaps I could take up piano again?
❖ 12/08: Log » Mr. Kasuga's gift has been deployed.
❖ 12/19: Log » Another Dreamshift. Apperently a "Grinch" has ransacked Whoville and we must fix/replace things to bring back Christmas cheer. I agreed to help the woman from the Secret Santa search for materials to replace the star on the tree.
❖ 12/19: Log » I find myself to be much more useful in Santa's workshop. The machines were sabotaged, so I'm going in to repair them before they capture any more elves!
❖ 12/20: Log » How to charge small appliances:
1. Imagine gathering electricity into your hand.
2. Focus where you want it to charge.
3. CAREFULLY direct charge to intended target.
Be careful not to overcharge and beware residual static.
❖ 12/18: Log » Someone decided it would be a good idea to make up our own carol. I'm not sure if I should transcribe the lyrics.
❖ 12/19: Log » It seems one of the local fox men has mistaken me for a songwriter. I tried to clear up the misconception, but he was still impressed. Somehow.
❖ 1/06: Network Post » I believe I'm closer to completing my invention than ever before. Of course, this isn't quite what I was hoping to accomplish, but once I perfect this model we should have a good source of electricity to work with.
❖ 1/07: Network Post » The moon seems to have gone missing. The horned woman believes that might have something to do with the recent surge of nightmares we've been having lately.
❖ 1/15: Passive Dream » I'm not sure how, but the crystals allow me to speak to people telepathically. Probably shouldn't use it too much. It gave me a nasty headache.
❖ 1/15: Event Q&A thing » Story Eater is back. Has been hiding in Reverin's moon and recently absorbed it. I don't know how he managed to do so, it shouldn't be possible, but he'll use our moon to corrupt other moons if we're not careful. For now, we'll have to keep an eye out for Dreamscapes and try not to let them become nightmares while Santa Claus goes to get help.
❖ 2/07: Interactive Dream » Horrible dream. Almost thought I was back in prison again. Must speak with Mr. Vigil as soon as possible.
